Hello #Momentum Lovers!
Let's get to it. Here are 5 Different Types of Orgasms Every Person should know. Keep reading...
1. Clitoral Orgasm
The clitoris is the pleasure center of the vulva and serves no other function than to provide sexual pleasure. The external clitoris is about the size of a pea, and is located above the urethra right under where the inner labia meet. The majority of the clitoris is not visible. The internal clitoris divides into two “legs” that reach more than five inches inside your body
How to have a clitoral orgasm:
The first thing to figure out with clitoral orgasms is if you prefer direct or indirect stimulation. Grab some Momentum Water Based Lube and your favorite sex toy to touch the clitoris itself, or through the labia and clitoral hood. You want to go in a circular motion around your clitoris.
2. G-spot orgasm
The G spot is a hypersensitive erogenous area located on the anterior vaginal wall. It is said to be the female equivalent to the prostate.
How to have a G-spot orgasm:
Put some Momentum Silicone Lube on your fingers then insert them in the vagina. Make sure you are on the belly-button side of the body. You’ll feel an “rough patch” of tissue that isn’t as smooth as thee surrounding tissue.. Stop there and use a come-hither motion to stimulate or a toy rubbing or vibrating in that area. Repeat the come hither motion until sensation builds. if you’re having penetrative sex, try a position that hits your G-spot—rear entry positions like doggy style work well for this.
3. Blended orgasm
Blended orgasms are combining clitoral stimulation with some other kind of stimulation. For example, you could achieve a blended orgasm from stimulating your nipples and your clitoris simultaneously, but the most common combination is clitoris and G-spot.
How to have a blended orgasm:
Stimulate the one of your “hot spots” at the same time you stimulate your clit. It can be your g-spot, nipples, anus or whatever get you going, focus your attention there. But for most people who have clitorises, involving that area will up your odds of achieving a blended orgasm.
Unlike the clitoris or penis, everyone is born with nipples. Nipples are an erogenous zone for most but did you that some people can orgasm solely from their stimulation. Men’s Health once reported, in a study of 213 women, 29 percent reported having had a breast-based orgasm at some point in their lives.
How to have a nipple orgasm:
Use a light touch to circle your breasts and areola with large strokes. Then ease into a gentle breast massage. In between massaging and squeezing, trace your areola without touching your nipples. This will help build up anticipation. Move your fingers over to your nipples, which should be erect. Start to rub your nipples slowly, increasing speed and pressure as you become aroused. Ramp up the pleasure by pinching your nipples. A pinch will send a rush of sensation throughout your body. The harder the pinch, the better — but play around with pressure to find out what feels best to you.
A coregasm is an orgasm that happens while you’re doing a core exercise or workout.
How to have a coregasm:
Unfortunately, there is no one size fits all to achieve a coregasm. There are certain exercises associated with coregasms. Most of the exercises involve working the core, especially the lower abdominals. Exercising does increase blood flow to the genitals.
If you’re interested in having a coregasm, consider adding one or more of these moves to your routine :crunches, leg lifts, knee lifts, hip thrusts, squats, hanging straight leg raises, plank variations, rope or pole climbing, pullups, chinups, or hamstring curls. You could also add a couple of yoga poses to your routine. Boat Pose, Eagle Pose, and Bridge Pose all work your abdominals.
